Product Description
The machine is developed for the purpose vehicle industry with the intellectual property all by ourselves.
It is equipped with the automatic welding seam tracking system,which can weld two simultaneously and automaticlly according to the shape of the beams.
The machine adopts boat-form submerged arc welding.When welding,the gantry frame moves with variable frequency speed while workpiece keeps motionless. Two separate welding heads are fixed on the crossbeam,driven by motor in vertical movement while adjusted by hand in horizontal movement.
