1.Single flame cutting torch 1>Used for the I-shape cutting of any geometry profile on steel plates 2>Cutting on same parts or symmetry parts at same time 3>Flashback arrestor equipped on each inlet of single flame cutting torch to prevent the backfire of cutting torch. 4>Stainless steel net cover outside hose to prevent the aging of hose and burning of hose caused by flame sparks. 5>Adjusting valve for the mixing rate of oxygen and fuel gas to achieve a good cutting stinger of cutting flame. 6>The max cutting thickness of one single torch is 200mm. If customers want one single torch cut up to 300mm, then need to specify in the contract.
2.Powder marking device Powder marking is a very important function in cutting technology. The white line is melt on the plate, which can be kept for long time. Its main functions are: 1>Displaying graphics, checking the cutting program is correct or not 2>Marking the welding position line 3>Marking position 4>Marking for next step machining 5>0.8-1mm width. 6>All the powder marking movement is directly controlled by computer.
3.Flame triple/ fourfold torch straight-line bevel station 1>Mainly used for straight-line bevel on steel plate. 2>Fixed 3 torches on one station. First Torch is used for cutting of under bevel, second torch for vertical cutting, third for cutting of upper bevel. 3>The bevel types are: V, X, Y, K. The bevel angle is 0-45º. 4>The max bevel thickness is 75mm. We also can add preheating torch and big angle bevel cutting torch on Flame triple torch straight-line bevel station according to the production requirement of customers. That is flame fourfold torch straight-line bevel station.
4.marking device Inkjet marking is the last function after cutting, which is mainly used to print the letters on the steel plates. Print within different height and width according to the working requirement. Positive and opposite printing. Change value and unchanged value in same row. Print date and printing date and any other profile and marks. Clear printing letters, low troubles, quick printing speed. Rotation angle print can be done by adding control axis and through rotation motor. Inkjet marking is very important for recognizing the plates: 1>improve the recordation of the plates 2>avoid operators heavy work 3>avoid the error by manual; 4>make sure high efficiency; 5>printing speed:12m/min
5.Rotation torch/ Contour bevel torch/Curve cutting torch The rotation torch station adopts the structure of rotation plus swing. The swing angle is 45°. Fixed bevel cutting and changing bevel cutting of geometry curve. The top plane of the work-piece cutting point is the origin point of the transverse rotation and longitudinal swing point. ±540°rotation of cutting torch, but also at same time can make cutting points and swing points superposition. In this way won’t cause the aberrancy of cutting angle. Initial positioning and anti-collision device on the torch station to make sure the plasma torch can work safely and reliably.
6.Double torch/Twin torch The distance between flame double torch is 80-200mm. Used for the I-shape cutting of any geometry profile on steel plates. Optimize and combine the parts need to cut by nesting system, which improve the utilization rate and find out the best cutting route. Customer can choose several torches to realize the same or symmetric parts cutting at the same time.
