The welding torch can make 180 degree rotation. It is equipped with a collision-proof mechanism, which will send a signal to stop the welding torch from moving when the welding torch is acted upon by a force, and in this way, effectively protect the welding torch. The detection by welding torch can be divided to the detection form the upper and lower position and from the left and right position. In the detection from the upper and lower position, the point laser will detect the distance between the controlling welding torch and the workpiece. There is a profiling bar at the left and right side that can detect the workpiece and when it contacts the workpiece, it can detect the distance from the workpiece to the welding torch.

 

 

Driven by the servo motor and gearbox gear and gear rack, welding carriage can carry out linear movement on the straight guide rail and the welding torch can move up and down, to the left and to the right, driven by the servo motor plus ball screw and linear guide rail. Two welding carriages share the same set of movable cross-beam, which could control both welding carriages to carry out welding. This greatly improves the working efficiency. The welding carriage is equipped with wire feeder, welding torch, welding torch regulating mechanism and spot laser detector, etc.

 

The axle lift transmission platform is driven by an air cylinder. In which, the guide post is synchronized with the gear and gear rack to achieve even better stable and synchronized lifting effect. The workpiece transmission is driven by cylinder. It uses the linear guide rail as the guiding mechanism, making the transmission of workpiece even more stable.

 

The equipment can carry out the automatic cleaning of welding torch, including the trimming of extending weld wire, cleaning of splatters inside the protection nozzle, and spraying of anti-spattering agent. The cleaning of welding torch can be finished during the transmission of workpieces, and does not take up the welding time, and increases the welding speed.

 

The realization of automatic cleaning of welding torch can reduce the worker’s labor intensity and increase service life of the components.

 

The welded workpiece can be placed on the transmission bench by the elevator platform driven by a motor plus a worm gear reducer. When the inductive switch senses the workpiece, the motor will stop rotating, and lift the axle from the bench at the next position. The whole process is automatically controlled and does not need manual operation.
