Self-adjusting irregular shaped cylinder Tank Roller is a special auxiliary Welding Machine which is used for welding cylindrical/rectangular workpieces such as tubes, containers, oil tanks.
It is widely applied in modern processing industries such as tube making industry, pressurized container manufacturing industry, metal structure welding processing industry, heavy machinery manufacturing industry.
Frequency controller is applied for the roller rotation of our company’s Tank Roller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is with low noise of mechanical drive, stable workpiece rotation, even linear speed of workpiece rotation.
Each group of the tapered frame conducts self-adjusting within certain range of the workpiece diameter. At the time of minimum diameter, the lower wheels of tapered frame for each group are on the same horizontal level (The working ranges of tank roller with different tonnages differ from one another).
The working ranges of tank roller with different tonnages shall not exceed the maximum diameter size.
